im not gonna actually hurt myself directly but i honestly feel sick and i want to die. i havent been taking my meds and it wasnt intentional at first but i might just stop altogether. i know im just being overdramatic and its dumb to post this here but everyone i feel comfortable w/ talking about this with is asleep
